Unipol is a non-profit organisation helping the students of Leeds, Nottingham and Bradford to find the best home for them while studying.

Working closely with the Universities and Students’ Unions in Leeds, Unipol offers impartial advice, empowering you to make informed choices about renting.

We can help you with anything student accommodation related throughout your time at university, and we also manage some of our own student properties, so you can rent from us directly!

Unipol managed properties are labeled with a green ‘U’ and thumb on the adverts. Search here.

Our other website, Unipol Housing, solely features Unipol managed properties.

As Unipol is a charity, we set our rents to reflect the cost of your property, and unlike a commercial operation, we make no profit from the rent our tenants pay.

We don’t ask for deposits or charge hidden fees, we never ask for guarantors, and most of our rents are inclusive of all bills.
