Featured blog for NSCD students – How can Unipol help with housing?

Who we are

Unipol are a charity who helps students to rent in the private sector.  Working in partnership with NSCD, we provide support, information and advice on student housing.

Peace of mind

We’ve developed the Unipol Code to provide reassurance about the condition of your property and the service you’ll receive.  The Code covers the important things like health & safety, and how repairs are handled.   It’s an accreditation scheme for landlords who are committed to meeting standards that exceed what’s required by law.

There are a good number of Accredited Landlords in locations suitable for NSCD students.

Rate Your Landlord‘ is a fantastic way to find out what students have to say about their landlords.

Come and see us at NSCD!

We’ll be running a presentation on Searching for Accommodation on Tuesday 14th January, in the Theatre at 12.00. It’ll take approximately twenty minutes with some time for questions afterwards.

From 12.30 – 13.30pm we’ll be holding a Drop-In session. We’d love to help if you’ve got any issues with your accommodation, or to just have a chat about House Hunting.
