As a not-for-profit charity, Unipol specialises in providing houses for students who are not adequately catered for in the private rented sector.

Family housing is available to students with children living with them, whether they are lone parents, co-habiting or living in an extended family. This is unique specialism which many agents in the private rented sector do not offer.
