One of the things we can all probably take from this year is that we’ve realised the importance of outdoor space. When looking for your student accommodation for next year, a garden might be higher up on the priority list than it has been in the past.

Many of Unipol’s properties have outdoor spaces; whether it’s a small terrace-style yard, or a larger garden with a lawn, it makes a whole lot of difference to be able to get some fresh air in a private space without having to venture to your nearest park.
