As the days get longer and the end of winter is in sight we traditionally do a ‘Spring clean.’ Why not do a Spring clean for ourselves?
This month also marks a year since the first lockdown; many people are struggling with their mental wellbeing and we’re all looking to the future, especially now there’s light at the end of the tunnel! Why not use this month to take stock, try to be more mindful, and learn how we can continue to look after our wellbeing in future?
Mindfulness is talked about often, but how many of us regularly take the time to actually focus on the present moment to check in with our mind and bodies; what is happening and how do we feel?
Mindfulness is a skill that you can learn but different things work for different people. So throughout this month, we have put together a calendar of guided sessions and suggested activities, so you can find what works for you and what helps you the most.
There will be one free guided session with a holistic therapist each week. They will be live streamed through our social media so everyone can take part:

Week 1 (w/c 1st March) – Looking after your mental health
Week 2 (w/c 8th March) – Looking after your body
Week 3 (w/c 15th March) – Staying nourished
Week 4 (w/c 22nd March) – Getting creative
Week 5 (w/c 29th March) – Take a step back
