“Make sure you have the right housemates, don’t rush into it.”

“Look at multiple houses before you sign for anything.”

“View as many properties as possible to suit all housemates.”

“Look into having different appliances and be prepared to not have a tumble dryer and dishwasher!”

“Don’t do it early – consider as many options as possible including areas and housemates.”

“Don’t live with too many people.”

“Ask second years for advice and do your research.”
