House hunting in Bradford this year officially starts on Monday 5th February 2018.
In the run up to February, Unipol’s Bradford Hub Assistants share some tips about house hunting and explain why it’s important to wait until house hunting officially begins before signing a contract for next year.

“Waiting until the house hunting season in February has many benefits. The houses that are available before February aren’t everything that Bradford has to offer. Don’t rush into a decision that could see you living in a mouldy house for the entire academic year. Waiting just a few months could land you a wonderful newly refurbished property with excellent value.”
Beth:
“House hunting can be stressful and often it’s tempting to just sign up to the first house you find and get it out of the way. However, if you wait until February 5th you will be able to look through all of the Unipol Code properties available to rent in Bradford. So relax, wait till February 5th and come visit us for more information.”
